I forgot my password. What do I do?

Ask for a reset link on the sign-in page. It arrives by email and lets you choose a new password.

  1. On the Sign in card, click Forgot password?.
  2. On Reset password, type your Email and press Send link.
  3. The page says Check your email. Open the link in the email.
  4. On New password, type the password in Password and Password again, then press Save password. You are signed in.

Back to sign in returns to the sign-in card without sending anything.

Changing your password when you know it​

Open your account from the header and use the Password panel: Current password, New password, New password again, then Change password. See Your account.
