How do I read the dashboard?
The dashboard is the home screen for managers and admins. It shows the team's calls for the chosen dates: how many were done, how much of the plan was kept, and which doctors were seen. Every bar and number opens the calls behind it.
The title line reads "N field managers · the date range". Change the dates, region, zone, person or criteria in the range bar (see Date range and criteria). Click any bar or number to drill down.
All-FM summary (for managers who may see reports) opens the summary of every field manager. Print prints the dashboard.
The headline tiles
Each tile shows the change against the previous period of the same length.
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Calls done | Completed and unplanned calls in the range. Deferred and still-planned calls are not done. With call targets on, it shows "of target" and how many calls the team is behind pace |
| Planned calls done | Planned calls done, of the planned calls due by today, as "x of y". Deferrals whose reason does not count are left out |
| Doctors seen | Doctors on the lists with at least one call done in the range |
| Visits done vs needed | Calls done per doctor, up to the visits a month their tier needs. Shows only when visits per tier are on |
| Field days | Days with calls, of the working days. Below 90% it shows how many working days had no calls |
| Depth | Calls done per doctor seen |
| Joint calls | Calls done with someone along |

The setup checklist
Admins (people who manage users or settings) see a checklist until the company is fully set up. It counts "x of 9":
- Regions and zones
- Products
- Holidays (and how many are still tentative)
- Visits a month per tier (when visits per tier are on)
- Doctors not assigned to anyone
- Institute times (doctors without them)
- Users who have not signed up
- Approvals older than 2 days
- Plans for the next period not sent
Click a line to open the screen that fixes it. The checklist can be collapsed (remembered in this browser) and disappears once everything is done.
