How do I choose the dates and narrow the numbers?
Dashboards, the call list and the reports share one bar at the top: the date range, the region, zone and field manager, and a set of criteria. Change it and every number on the screen follows.
The date range
Pick a preset or your own dates:
- This week, Last week
- This month, Last month
- Last 3 months
- This year, Last year
- A custom range: pick the first and last day
Screens that show one day (Today, Path) offer Today, Yesterday and a date instead.
Region, zone and field manager
- All regions shows when the company has more than one region. Pick one to see only it.
- All zones narrows to a zone.
- All field managers narrows to one person.
You only ever see the people your role lets you see. See Roles and data scope.
Criteria
Criteria (n) opens the criteria. The number counts the ones in use.

| Call status | Calls with this outcome. Done means completed and unplanned |
Clear criteria removes them all.
The range bar has no effect on the Plan view of Calls, which always shows one plan month.
