How do tables work?

Every table in PharmaFieldflo works the same way: 10 rows to a page, sort by clicking a heading, and choose your columns.

Pages

A table shows 10 rows at a time. The pager under it shows where you are ("1–10 of N") and moves to the next or previous page.

Sort

Click a column heading to sort by it. Click it again to reverse the order. A new sort always returns to page 1, so you see the top of the sorted list.

Only some columns sort: their headings are buttons, and the sorted column shows an up or down arrow.

Choose your columns

Columns (x of y) above the table lists every column with a tick box:

  • Untick a column to hide it. Tick it to show it again.
  • Show all brings every column back.
  • Some columns start hidden (for example Remarks in a call list); tick them to see them.
  • Columns that hold buttons for each row always show.

Your choice is remembered for that table in this browser. On another browser or computer the table starts with its own default columns.

Some short tables on a dashboard have an Open all link beside the pager. It opens the same list in a bigger view.

Download

Screens that can be downloaded have a Download (CSV) or CSV button. The file holds every row, not only the page you are on.
