What PharmaFieldflo does
PharmaFieldflo runs a pharma company's field force. Field managers plan their calls on doctors for the month, make the calls, and report each one: the products detailed, what was discussed, who came along, and what was given. Managers approve the plans and read what happened.
The month, in order
- Plan. Each field manager builds next month's plan: which doctor, on which day. See Plan your month.
- Approve. The plan goes to their manager, who approves or returns it. An approved plan is locked. See Approve the team's plans.
- Call and report. On the day, the field manager reports each call, on the web or on the phone app, which also works offline. See Report a call.
- Defer or move. A call that cannot happen is deferred with a reason, rescheduled, cancelled or transferred. A call not reported within the reporting window is deferred by the system.
- Read the numbers. The dashboard, the reports, the gap analysis and the risk radar show how the plan was kept.
