How do I set up a new company?
A consultant creates the company in three steps. The company's admin gets an invite by email and finishes the setup.
Create the company (consultants)
Create company shows for consultants only.
- Company name, Country (Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia or United Kingdom) and, if you want, a Company code (capital letters and numbers, up to 10).
- Admin name and Admin email. The admin is invited to this email.
- Pick a policy pack:
| Pack | What it sets |
|---|---|
| Standard pharma | Plan next month, approve and lock. Report within 2 days. Unplanned calls after the plan is sent |
| Strict | Locked plans never change. Report the same or next day. Close today's planned calls before an unplanned one |
| Flexible | Plans stay open. Report within 7 days. No approval for plans or doctors |
| Start blank | Every approval off. Product defaults for the rest |
Create company shows the company code and who the invite went to. Open takes you into the company; Create another starts again.
What a new company starts with
- Four roles: Rep (level 1, sees own), Manager (level 2, sees team), Head (level 3, sees everyone) and Admin (level 9, sees everyone). See Roles and data scope.
- Tiers A (4 visits a month), B (2) and C (1).
- Leave types Annual (14 days), Casual (10) and Sick (8).
- Reasons for deferring or cancelling a call, discussion points, event types and doctor types.
- One approval step on each document: the manager one level up, 48 hours to decide.
- In Pakistan, the public holidays. Eid and the other moon-sighted days are marked tentative.
Then, in this order
- Regions and zones.
- Users: invite reps and managers and say who reports to whom.
- Products and Lists.
- Calendar: the working week and holidays.
- Settings and Approval rules.
- Logo and colours, and the modules the company uses.
- Doctors and institutes: Add or change a doctor, Assign doctors.
The dashboard's setup checklist shows what is still missing; each line opens the screen that fixes it.
