How do I sign in?

You sign in with your email and password. The first time, you set the password yourself from the invite email your admin sent.

Your first sign-in, from the invite

1. Open the link in the invite email. The page says Welcome to PharmaFieldflo.
2. Type your new password in Password and again in Password again.
3. Press Set password. You are signed in.

If the two entries differ, the page says "The passwords do not match". The shortest password allowed is set by the company (8 characters unless changed; see Settings and exceptions).

Lost the invite email? Ask your admin to press Send invite on your user again (see Users).

Every other time

1. On the Sign in card, type your Email and Password.
2. Press Sign in.

A sign-in lasts 30 days unless the company sets another number.

Choose a company

Most people belong to one company and go straight in. The platform owner and consultants, who work for several companies, see Choose a company after signing in:

1. Type in the search box to narrow the list.
2. Click the company.

Use another account goes back to the sign-in card. Inside the app, consultants switch company from the company name in the header. On the phone it is More → Switch company.
