What do I do today?
A field manager (level 1) opens PharmaFieldflo on Today: today's date, their own numbers, today's calls, and any planned call from an earlier day that is still not reported.
Today's calls
The Today's calls table lists the calls planned for today: Doctor, Tier, Type, Status. Click a call to report it, defer it or move it (see Report a call).
Unplanned call at the top adds a call you made that was not in the plan. See Add an unplanned call.
Still planned
Still planned lists planned calls whose day has passed and which you have not reported yet:

Complete or defer each one. When the reporting window ends, the system defers them for you, and those deferrals count against you. When nothing is waiting, the panel says All reported.

The headline tiles and the panels below show your own figures, the same as the dashboard does for a team.
