What should I worry about?

The risk radar raises a flag when something in the field looks wrong: calls reported late, calls far from the institute, a plan not sent, stock not counted. Each flag has a severity and a reason.

Open it from the report catalogue. The highest flags also show in the dashboard's Top risks panel.

The screen

Tiles: High, Medium and Low (each with how many are open), Open (of all), Assigned.

Flags table: Severity, Flag (with why it was raised), Rule, Field manager or doctor, State, and the actions.

Narrow it with Rule ("All rules" to start), and tick Show dismissed to see dismissed flags too.
