How do I give a doctor to a field manager?

A doctor is on a field manager's list when they are assigned to them. Coverage is measured against the assigned doctors, unless the company measures it against the planned ones ("Coverage measured against" under Settings → Targets).

1. Open the doctor on Doctors.
2. Press Assign (needs the "Assign doctors to people" permission).
3. Pick the Field manager. Switch Primary on if this person is the doctor's main field manager (it starts on when the doctor has nobody yet).
4. Save. The message says "Assigned".

The doctor's page shows everyone under Assigned to, with the date since. Remove takes the doctor off that person's list.
