How do I add a hospital or clinic?
An institute is a hospital, clinic or practice where doctors sit. Its map pin lets PharmaFieldflo check that a call was made there.
Doctors → Institutes. Search finds a hospital or city.

Add an institute
- Press Add institute.
- Fill in Name, City, Region or zone.
- Give the Latitude and Longitude for the pin.
- Add the NTN if the institution receives grants (it shows on the annual disclosure).
- Tick Active and save.
What the pin is used for
- With the location recorded on calls, a call made further from the pin than the company's radius (300 m unless changed) is allowed, flagged (the default) or refused, as the company sets ("Call outside the radius"). See Settings and exceptions.
- Calls far from the institute show on the risk radar.
- The Path screen measures the distance between calls.
Institutes can also be venues for activities.
