What did we give doctors this year?
The annual disclosure lists, for one year, everything given to each doctor and each institution, valued in PKR. It follows DRAP Rule 14(2).
Compliance → Annual disclosure shows in Pakistan companies, for people who may see reports, when stock or activities are on. The heading reads "Rule 14(2) · year".

Tiles
Physician's samples, Printed material, Give-aways, Honoraria, Grants, all in PKR. The last tile, Without CNIC or NTN, says how many are missing, or "All present".
Doctors
Doctor, CNIC / NTN ("Missing" when not given), Samples, Printed, Give-aways (pieces), Honoraria (talks).
Institutions
NTN, Grants, In kind, Bank references.
Getting it complete
- Give each doctor their CNIC and NTN on the doctor form (Add or change a doctor), and each institute its NTN (Institutes).
- Samples, printed material and give-aways come from the items given on calls and activities (Gift products and samples). Each item's DRAP category is set under Items and limits.
- Honoraria and grants come from activities.
The compliance settings (Setup → Settings → Compliance) decide whether gifts to individual doctors are allowed (blocked by default), whether grants go to institutions only, and whether CNIC and NTN are required on the doctor.
