Who changed this setting?

Setup → Audit log lists changes, newest first, with what the value was before and after.

Pick All, Settings, Users, Roles, Doctors, Plans or Approval rules.

Column	What it shows
When	Date and time
Who	The person, or "PharmaFieldflo" when the app did it on its own
What	The record and what was done to it
Before	The old value
After	The new value
Reason	The reason given, when there was one

Long values are cut short. It needs the "See the audit log" permission.
