How do I add samples and gifts, and limit them?
Setup → Items holds what reps give doctors: samples, printed material and give-aways. It shows when Gift products & samples is on.

Limits per doctor
Each row is one limit: an Item, Or group, Per (CALL, MONTH or YEAR) and At most. Giving more is refused, for example "at most 4 per doctor a month (2 given already)".
Gifts to individual doctors are blocked to start with (DRAP). The phone then says "Give-aways to individual doctors are not allowed (DRAP). They can go to an institution." The rule is under Setup → Settings → Compliance.
