How do I add the products reps detail?
Setup → Products is the list of brands reps detail on calls.

Add a row, or open one to change it. Switch On the phone off for a product you no longer detail; past calls keep it.
Why the area matters
The gap analysis flags a doctor who was seen but never detailed a product whose area matches their specialty. Keep the area and the specialty list in the same words.
How many products a call needs (at least 1, at most 6 to start) is under Setup → Settings → Calls.
